How do you test my water?
Right at your home, in front of you. For city water we run several quick checks: total dissolved solids with a digital meter, a chlorine check, a hardness check, and a soap test so you can see it yourself. For well water we check flow and pressure, iron and pH, hardness, and sulfur. It is real measurement, not a scare kit. When something calls for it, like possible coliform bacteria in a well, we send a sample to a certified outside lab (usually $60 to $90, results in a day or two) and put those numbers in your report too.
Is this just a sales visit in disguise?
No. You get a written report with what your water has and what you do not need. You keep it whether you buy or not.
Do I have to know anything about water systems?
No. The quiz takes 60 seconds and the report is in plain words. That is the whole point.
What if my water turns out to be fine?
Then we tell you that, in writing. We would rather earn a referral than sell you something you do not need.
